Introduction

Taknevate is a software platform developed, owned, and operated by NO CODE WEB. Throughout this Privacy Policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to NO CODE WEB, the legal entity providing the Taknevate service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to facilitate B2B connections between e-commerce brands and social media creators. This strictly includes:

  • Shopify Merchant Data: Product catalog SKUs, inventory limits, and order events strictly required to track campaign deliveries. Read-only permissions are enforced.
  • Meta/Instagram Data: We utilize the Meta Graph API. When authorized, we collect your `instagram_basic` handle, media entities (Reels, Posts, Stories), and read-only metrics (Likes, Comments).
  • Network Identifiers: Financial routing workflows executed off-platform by Stripe integration hooks. We do not store native banking ledgers natively.

2. How We Use Your Data

Our primary architectural mandate is facilitating "Allow-Listing" via Meta. Data is used exclusively to:

  • Secure Vercel Blob CDNs to ensure long-term visibility of Creator portfolios (preventing 24-hr Story URL expiration).
  • Establish secure Brand-to-Creator Ad permission handshakes natively via the Meta App ecosystem.
  • Automate commission validation based directly on tracked sales parameters from Shopify.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We securely transmit specific tokens strictly and implicitly to Meta App servers (for Ad campaign activation), Stripe Connect platforms (for escrow and payment fulfillment), and Shopify (for sample tracking). No tracking parameters are passed to uncontrolled third-party un-affiliated vendors.

4. Vercel Blob Caching & Retention

To provide durable media portfolios across campaigns, authorized Instagram Media files undergo strict archival into our connected Vercel Object DB layers. These CDNs are inherently bound to your account. Upon account deletion request, all cached CDN URLs are systematically orphaned and wiped from our active databases.

5. Your Rights and Deletion

You may request account deletion implicitly inside your dashboard. Doing so triggers an immediate revocation of all Shopify Tokens and Meta App Auth logic. Stripe Identity records must be independently severed according to global financial KYC statutes.
