Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Taknevate. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and NO CODE WEB ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Taknevate platform and website. By accessing the platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

1. Partnership Acceptance & Usage

By enrolling as a Brand or Creator on Taknevate (a platform developed and operated by NO CODE WEB), you inherently agree to act as an independent contractor brokered securely through our Marketplace. Creators retain complete IP ownership over their baseline media, utilizing our platform strictly as a conduit for commercial brand licensing.

2. Meta Ads Allow-Listing Protocol

Our platform securely invokes the Meta Branded Content algorithms:

• For Creators: Accepting a Brand Campaign implicitly authorizes that specific brand to run targeted Meta tracking pixels and sponsored distribution against your organic Instagram payload (Reels/Stories) for the defined duration of the campaign strictly.
• For Brands: Brands are forbidden from maliciously downloading, modifying, or distributing the Creator’s raw assets outside of the officially sanctioned Meta Graph ad-engine ecosystem, unless explicitly allowed via a secondary contract.

3. Payment & Escrow Structures

All financial transfers are formally processed under strict KYC frameworks via Stripe Connect. When a campaign is validated, Brand financial deposits act as escrowed capital. Commission validations rely intrinsically on valid tracking events routed via Shopify API. Disputed metrics are resolved algorithmically based on final API verifications from Meta and Shopify servers.

4. Compliance & Network Integrity

Brands must strictly uphold Shopify acceptable commerce terms. Creators must uphold Instagram Community Guidelines. Any payload discovered violating standard DMCA, IP, or financial fraud statues will instantly trigger a system-wide platform ban by NO CODE WEB, halting ongoing active Ad sets unconditionally.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

NO CODE WEB provides the Taknevate connectivity interfaces "AS IS". We do not guarantee arbitrary algorithmic reach, direct ROI expectations, native Meta ad-auction results, or specific ad-spend yields. You utilize API bridging entirely under your own commercial judgement.
